Guidelines for abstract preparation and submission

Rules for submission​

• Abstracts must be submitted online via the provided link. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.
• Abstracts will only be considered if submitted before February 15th, 2026.
• Abstracts must be written and presented in clear English with proper grammar and spelling, suitable for publication.
• There is no limit to the number of abstracts an author can submit, but the same person may only serve as the presenting author of one abstract.
• Presenting authors must be registered participants. Only abstracts of authors who have paid their registration fees will be scheduled for presentation.
• The presenting author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract and agree to its submission before submitting.
• Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: Abstract submitters will be required to disclose any conflicts of interest in the submission form.

Title: Maximum of 30 words.

Abstract text (excluding title and keywords): Maximum of 350 words.

Guidelines for abstract text:

• The text must be divided into: (i) Background & Aims, (ii) Methods, (iii) Results, (iv) Conclusions.
• Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual abbreviations in parentheses after the full term the first time it appears.
• Use generic names of drugs. The abstract must be balanced and contain no commercial promotional content.
• Submissions may not contain patient names, hospital ID numbers or other identifying information.
