Guidelines for abstract preparation and submission
Rules for submission

Abstracts must be submitted online via the provided link. Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.

Abstracts will only be considered if submitted before February 15th, 2026.

Abstracts must be written and presented in clear English with proper
grammar and spelling, suitable for publication.

There is no limit to the number of abstracts an author can submit, but
the same person may only serve as the presenting author of one abstract.

Presenting authors must be registered participants. Only abstracts of
authors who have paid their registration fees will be scheduled for
presentation.

The presenting author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors
are aware of the content of the abstract and agree to its submission
before submitting.
- Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest: Abstract submitters will be
required to disclose any conflicts of interest in the submission form.

Guidelines for abstract text:

The text must be divided into: (i) Background & Aims, (ii) Methods,
(iii) Results, (iv) Conclusions.

Use only standard abbreviations. Place special or unusual
abbreviations in parentheses after the full term the first time it
appears.

Use generic names of drugs. The abstract must be balanced and contain
no commercial promotional content.

Submissions may not contain patient names, hospital ID numbers or
other identifying information.
